Now expanding worldwide

The world is going electric.
The workshops haven't.

EVS builds and franchises specialist electric-vehicle service centres — high-voltage diagnostics, battery health certification and fleet uptime, in markets where the parc is growing faster than the capability to service it.

The gap

EV servicing is not car servicing.

Electric vehicles need less routine maintenance, which is exactly why a general garage cannot make the numbers work. The defensible business is the complex end: high-voltage faults, battery evidence, thermal systems, calibration and fleet uptime.

That work needs qualified technicians, licensed diagnostics, insurer-accepted procedures and a facility built for it. Most independents do not have that. Most dealers cannot schedule it quickly. That gap is the business.

How the EVS model works
Capability

What an EVS centre actually does

Battery health certification

Non-invasive state-of-health testing that dealers, insurers and lease companies will accept as evidence — the product that decides an EV's residual value.

High-voltage diagnostics

On-board chargers, DC/DC converters, inverters, isolation faults, connectors and wiring. The work that needs qualification and tooling most workshops do not have.

Thermal & charging systems

Heat pumps, cooling circuits and charging faults — the failure modes that actually strand electric vehicles.

Mechanical & ADAS

EV mass and regenerative braking change wear patterns. Brakes, suspension, tyres, alignment and camera calibration, done to manufacturer tolerance.

Collision triage

Battery isolation, damage assessment and safe storage for body shops and insurers who do not want to build high-voltage capability themselves.

Fleet & lease return

Uptime, predictable cycle time, evidence packs, mobile triage and fixed SLAs — what business customers buy instead of a nice waiting room.

Market intelligence

We research a market before we enter it

Fleet size, addressable service pool, competitive set, incentives, regulation and location economics — from national vehicle authorities and primary legislation, with the model and its assumptions published rather than hidden.

Research first

Every territory starts with a decision-grade assessment of fleet size, addressable service pool, competition and regulation — not a sales deck.

Hub and spoke

Deep capability concentrated in a flagship hub, routine volume close to the customer, complex cases routed rather than turned away.

EVS Academy

High-voltage qualification pathways and brand-specific training. Technical leadership is recruited before a lease is signed.

Central platform

VIN coverage matrix, knowledge base, parts procurement, warranty administration, QA audits and fleet dashboards.

Battery state of health: what the number actually tells you

The uptime playbook: keeping an electric fleet earning

A parked EV is a depreciating asset with a payment plan. How fleet operators structure servicing so downtime, not distance, drives the maintenance calendar.
